The Reliant Converting Equipment Model TrueSheet 1800 sheeter is built to automatically measure and sheet a variety of materials including vinyls, foams, rubbers, fabrics, papers, and films. Machines range in widths from 40 " up to 96 " with the standard unwind roll diameter capacity of 30 ". This ergonomic machine design pulls and measures the material using a precision servo motor design and cuts the material with a traversing blade system. The PLC controlled system allows for simple operator inputs for cut length and batch counts. Wider cutting solutions are available.
